- A: After your registration, you can personalize your profile. We encourage you to change your password immediately and fill up the profile form accurately and avoid vulgar and explicit language and pictures.
- Q: How do I search?
- A: You can search a profile in two ways, first is by entering his nickname in the search field and second by clicking advance search and submitting your desired search criteria.

- Q: Why am I getting messages from members?
- A: As a member of Hobnobster, you will receive text messages from members who have crush on you or any member that wants to get in touch with you. The message is NOT premium messaging and thus each message that you receive are standard rates only.
- Q: Can I block a member from sending me messages?
- A: Yes, you can block a member just text BLOCK <Nickname> to 2800. Standard rates apply. Or you can go to the members profile and click BLOCK this member.
- Q: Can I unblock a member?
- A: Yes, you can unblock a member just text UNBLOCK <Nickname> to 2800. Standard rates apply. .Or you can go to the members profile and click UNBLOCK this member.
- Q: How much does it cost?
- A: Creating a profile and browsing through Hobnobster profiles are free. You will be charged P2.50 for every text smiley, text hug, text flower and for every anonymous Hobnobster message. Other charges may apply (Carrier).
- Q: Will you carry over to the following month my unused credits from my personal message subscription?
- A: No, we will not carry over your credits to the following month. We encourage you to use all your credits and connect with the community.
- If you UNMASK a secret admirer you will be charged 2.50/Unmask.
